Customer Happiness Staff shall commit to the following:
- Receiving customers in a friendly way and treating them with due care and respect.
- Providing customers with excellent and high-quality service.
- Addressing customers’ applications, attending to their requests with no delay, and responsively exerting utmost effort to meet their needs.
- Giving accurate information about Beit Al Khair Society and requirements in a clear way.
- Simplifying procedures and reducing service delivery time.
- Answering phone calls, receiving applicants and visitors, and communicating with the departments concerned to guide customers to the right place in view of their requests.
- Showcasing and promoting of Beit Al Khair society and programs in a professional way.
To deliver excellent service, customers are kindly requested to consider the following:
