Marking a major milestone of exceeding AED 3 billion in total spending, Beit Al Khair Society has announced the launch of a renewed phase of charitable projects for the years 2025–2030. This new phase aims to achieve the Society’s strategic objectives while responding to ongoing changes and emerging societal needs.
The Society reported that its spending for the current year, up to the end of October, reached AED 151,296,575, reflecting an increase of AED 26 million compared to the same period last year. With this, Beit Al Khair’s total spending since its inception has reached AED 3,095,490,339.
The new project phase focuses on high-impact initiatives with strong social and humanitarian value. Priority has been given to programs supporting low-income Emirati families, including monthly cash and in-kind assistance, especially for orphans, people of determination, and senior citizens. Complementary projects such as education support, housing assistance, and programs aimed at improving quality of life within these families have also been emphasized.
Beit Al Khair continues to maintain its key humanitarian support programs that respond to the largest possible number of assistance requests from both citizens and residents. These include:
Emergency Assistance for those in dire need
“Ilaaj” (Treatment) for patients with critical medical conditions
“Debt Relief” for individuals with outstanding legal financial obligations
Spending on these core humanitarian programs between January and October has surpassed AED 110 million — marking a record high in the Society’s history.
The Society also announced the continuation of its annual Ramadan campaigns, with an added focus on diversifying food aid programs. Notably, the “Food for All” and “Iftar Meals” initiatives alone delivered over 1.7 million meals this year.
In addition, two major Sadaqah Jariyah (ongoing charity) initiatives have been outlined:
Charitable Endowment, considered a strategic project by the Society
Mosque Services, aimed at fulfilling the devotional aspirations of donors
The Society also reaffirmed its commitment to environmental sustainability, particularly through its “Clothing” project — which continues to grow in success year after year.
