Beit Al Khair Announces Construction of Its New Endowment Project in Fujairah

Beit Al Khair Society has announced the completion of its new endowment project in Fujairah and the start of its leasing and investment operations. The revenues generated from this endowment will be directed toward supporting low-income families and charitable objectives in the emirate, in coordination with the Society’s Fujairah branch, which has been active since 2000. To date, the branch has disbursed over AED 263.6 million, benefiting 56,011 families and individuals in need.
The new endowment was built in Mohammed bin Zayed City on a 375-square-meter plot of land generously granted by His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah, may God protect him. The building consists of a ground floor, seven additional floors, 35 apartments, and 7 commercial shops, all of which are expected to contribute significantly to the endowment’s overall revenue.
This new project crowns Beit Al Khair’s long-standing strategy of sustainability, aimed at enhancing its financial resources and assets to ensure continuous giving and the ability to meet growing demands for assistance from those most in need. Over the past three years, the Society has successfully completed three major and profitable endowment projects: Al Nahda Endowment II in Dubai, Ajman Endowment, and the new Fujairah Endowment — bringing the Society’s total number of endowments to 23 to date.
