Overview

In 1989, a group of businessmen in UAE introduced a humanitarian initiative that aimed to establish a general benefit foundation in the charity business and called it Beit Al Khair. It got incorporated under the Ministerial Decree No 41 of 1989.

Supporting education is one of the main objectives behind the establishment of “Beit Al Khair”. The Society assists over 13,000 students of destitute and low-income families on an annual basis via:

  • BeitAl Khair - an elite group of businessmen in Dubai come up with a humanitarian

    Stationery Project

    This project provides stored-value coupons for disadvantaged students so that they can buy the stationery and basic study requirements they need. These vouchers can be redeemed at certain accredited stationery shops.

  • BeitAl Khair - an elite group of businessmen in Dubai come up with a humanitarian

    Tayseer / Facilitation Project

    This project assists the students of low-income families pay out their study fees at all levels. It also gives a special attention to university students by providing them with laptops, tablets, and all their university requirements.
